I have a very simple query that I need solving.

What are the advantages of having traffic on your website?

Will it raise your SEO ranking on google? Please exclude the fact that it will raise awareness of your product/server, assume that the visiters are robots that only view the pages.

Some information regarding this would be appreciated.
